Lynn’s Senior Placement was born from a lifetime of experience. Growing up in care homes owned by her mother, Lynn didn’t just work in these homes — she lived in them. From an early age, she saw firsthand the importance of compassionate care and how a welcoming, supportive environment can change a person’s life. Over the years, Lynn’s deep connection to the industry grew stronger as she not only worked in these homes but also placed her own parents when the time came.
